LOST AND FOUND - Exhibition Series

This is a series I put together for a self-curated exhibition, “Lost and Found," at the Marquette Arts and Culture Center in 2017.

The series is a result of a personal exploration of music and photomontage. I interpreted “lost” as lost songs from my past and represented these songs through an art medium I had experimented with years ago, therefore making it also a part of my past. Each piece was created to visually narrate my interpretation of the song through lyric and emotion the song evoked. Each person featured in my pieces is a person who is close to me, making this series even more personal.
